Please join me in wishing my parents, Debbie and Tim a Happy 50th Wedding Anniversary! We celebrated last night with our family in Hilton Head…. With a recreated wedding cake with the original cake topper from 6/14/74, chef Michael Epifanio preparing the most amazing prime rib dinner, an oceanside vow renewal ceremony, family pictures, and “1974” trivia games… and it was all a surprise to them. It has been the best week in HHI ever…. It was an honor to celebrate and spoil these two!

If you are on the hunt for a private chef/caterer for your next event I highly highly recommend Michael Epifanio with “The Great Supper”! He cooked us the most wonderful authentic Italian meal for our girls weekend with an array of dishes that went with our pink theme. The food was unreal. He is also so personable and gave us an interactive experience teaching us how to make our own pasta! I could not recommend him more. Thank you Michael for being the highlight of our weekend in Hilton Head!

If you’ve been thinking about hiring a private chef for your family while on the island, contact Michael Epifanio !!!!!! It was such an amazing and interactive experience and the food was absolutely incredible my niece was able to help him MAKE the pasta! The dough and everything! Michael’s wife, Marjorie, was also there and added even more to the experience! We got 2 appetizers, fresh focaccia, two pasta dishes, two meat dishes, and a dessert they also provided a complimentary adult beverage Michael is also a storyteller and kept us entertained the ENTIRE time. I cannot recommend him enough. It was incredible!! Thank you sooo much, Michael and Marjorie!

I wanted to share our amazing HHI private dining experience with Chef Michael Epifanio and Marjorie Iannaco Epifanio (The Greatest Supper)! Our family of 6 foodies were celebrating a 70th birthday in HHI and wanted to surprise the birthday guy with an upscale, Italian-inspired feast. Chef Michael put together an incredible menu ahead of time catered to our tastes, and had stellar communication leading up to the dinner.
On the day-of, Chef Michael and his wife Marjorie arrived with everything needed to prepare our feast. They had the best energy and we thoroughly enjoyed chatting with them throughout the evening.
As for the food…we expected that it would be amazing based on the menu but were completely blown away by the final result! Every single dish was a 10/10! Starting with the welcome cocktails/mocktails and the first course, we were impressed with the quality and freshness of the tuna crudo and burrata salad and couldn’t stop munching on the fresh focaccia with homemade hummus and tomato confit dips.
Fresh truffle pappardelle pasta followed, which Chef Michael taught us how to prepare. We all thought it was by far the best pasta we’d had in years and were reminded of fresh pasta we’d had in Italy!
The main course was rack of lamb and sea bass, which both melted in your mouth. They were both perfectly prepared and truly some of the best we’ve ever had. We finished the night with decedent tiramisu with hand shaved chocolate on top. Incredible.
We would absolutely recommend Chefs Michael and Marjorie for any celebration or get together in Hilton Head. They exceeded all expectations and delivered a special birthday dinner we’ll remember forever!

This week, Michael Epifanio catered my sister-in-law’s 40th birthday for us and it was such a good decision!! The attention to detail was amazing, including helping us find the specific cake that we were looking for. His shrimp had perfect texture and flavor. He and his wife made this such a fun and delicious evening!! We’re already trying to come up with more reasons to use Michael again!
